This page gives answers to some of our most frequently answered questions.

What time should I call the school office if my child is too ill to come to school?
Please call as soon as possible on 01273 418416. Please select Option 1 when your call is answered and leave a brief message stating you child's name, class and a brief description of what is wrong.

Can I make an appointment to see a teacher about something?
Please try and speak to your child's teacher at the end of the day. If you don't come to school to collect then please telephone the Office and the teacher will be asked to call you back.

My contact details have changed - who needs to know?
Please let Mrs Humphrey in the school office know as soon as possible or email with the information.

How do I pay for school trips, return forms, payments, club payments etc?
Payments for trips and activities can be made via Parentpay. All parents have been sent a login to set this up. If you have lost yours, please speak to the Office and we will gladly generate a new one for you. If you do have to send in any cash please place it and any corresponding forms into an envelope and write your child's name, class and the amount of money on the outside of the envelope. Place the envelope in the Quick Drop box in the Office foyer or return via your child's book bag/teacher through Pupil Post. There are envelopes and pens situated next to the Quick Drop box for your use. The Quick Drop box is emptied and checked several times each day. Reply slips or forms that do not accompany a payment can be sent back without an envelope.

How can I buy school uniform?
Our uniform is available directly from our suppliers: Logosports. It can be ordered online on their website: or you can call in to their shop where it is available to buy off the peg. Their address is Logosports, Industrial House, Conway Street, Hove, BN3 3LW. You can call them on 01273 321209. We do not stock any uniform for sale at school.

I need to talk to someone but it's a bit embarrassing, who should I talk to?
Please come to the Office and explain to Mrs Humphrey or Mrs Royall that you need to speak privately with them. They will then direct you to the appropriate person to help you.

My child thinks there was a letter sent home for something but we cannot find it. Are we able to get a copy?
We keep copies of all letters in the Office and try and put them all on the Letters section of the website too. Please ring us if you think you've missed a letter and we'll gladly put a copy in your child's book bag. Newsletters are emailed home weekly & contain a wealth of information and are always posted on our website too.

What date is half term and is there an Inset day soon?
We publish dates on our newsletters which are emailed or sent home and are also posted on this website. This website also has a term dates and events page to help you see quickly what's going on at school.
