Enrichment at St Mary’s
In addition to teaching the National Curriculum in a creative and fun way (see Year Group Topic Overviews) we also have Friday afternoon Enrichment time. The whole school takes part in Enrichment activities. The children can choose from a wide range of Enrichment courses, with each course lasting a half term. A special celebration takes place at the end of the course. The courses cover a range of areas which are often not taught in the curriculum itself, therefore enriching each child’s learning at St Mary’s.
Each child is issued with an Enrichment Passport to keep track of the courses they complete throughout the year.
